Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of ReelChef, a mobile application provided by Buzl Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By using ReelChef, you agree to these terms.

1. Description of Service

ReelChef is a recipe discovery and organization app. The service uses AI to help users extract, save, and manage recipes. Content generated by the app is for personal use.

2. Account Registration

To use ReelChef, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• ReelChef offers a free tier with limited usage and a Pro subscription with expanded limits.
• Pro subscriptions are available as monthly or yearly plans, billed through Apple's App Store.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Refund requests should be directed to Apple.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Abuse the service by submitting excessive or automated requests.

5. Content

Content generated through the app is provided for your personal use. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any generated content. Always verify recipe information independently, including allergen and dietary information.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep ReelChef available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

ReelChef is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ReelChef after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
